What are the electrical and plumbing requirements?
8′ wide trailers use a 60 amp service and 110 volts. 10′ & 12′ wide trailers use 100 amp service and 220 volts. Multi sectional trailer’s amperage ranges from 100-150 amp service per piece. You will need to check with the local inspector about an Electrical Permit.
Do you provide service for leased units?
Yes. We have a fleet of service trucks operated by top mechanics and service crews with experience in all phases of trailer repair.
What do I have to pay tax on?
Tax is charged based on the state the equipment will be located. Typical taxes include sales tax on the rental of the equipment and sometimes property tax charged by the city where the equipment is located. If your state charges tax on services, such services such as delivery, pick-up, set up and knock down charges are taxable.
Who is responsible for electrical and plumbing hookups?
Your office trailer comes standard with heat/ac (and a restroom if you choose one), to be tied in at your site. As a leasee, you are responsible for making these connections. Both are stubbed out of the bottom of the trailer and accessible to your electrical and plumbing contractors.
